Simple Ways to Worry Less























Give your best in everything, but don't be too hard on yourself, you can't control all the constants of life.

Remember that:
Not everything that happens is your responsibility.

It is only responsible for how it reacts to situations or is affected by them, where freedom resides. Do not get involved with unnecessary problems.

Not everything can be planned.

Certain things can only be experienced at the moment. Don't be too perfectionist, react with optimism to unusual situations.

The best things are far from your comfort zone.

Take a risk, venture out when necessary. Sometimes we are not sure what we want, some of the best things we find in the unexpected, where we least expected it.

Reduce overwork.

Cultivate good friendships, cherish them.

Read inspiring books.

Visit new places.
